We offer a wide range of wire rope sheaves, also known as sheave wheels or wire rope pulleys. Wire rope sheaves are available in many different materials and designs, so if you do not find what you need here, simply contact us and we will help you find the right sheave for your application.
Our sheaves are available with a fixed mounting plate, with a hinged mounting bracket, or with a side-mount bracket. The sheave with a hinged bracket can tilt almost 180°. We also offer sheaves made of polyamide, typically used on mobile cranes and overhead cranes. The advantage of a polyamide sheave is that it causes significantly less wear on the wire rope. Our standard sheaves are supplied with a plain bushing, but they can also be delivered with ball bearings—please contact us for more information.
